This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with GFGL (Get Fit Get Lit), operated by JSM Health & Fitness LTD.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (such as launches or events), processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.


UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout
  • Free UK Shipping: Available on all orders over £100

All orders are shipped via a tracked delivery service where possible.


International Shipping

We may offer international shipping in the future.

Please note:

  • Shipping times will vary depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • High demand periods
  • Weather or external disruptions

GFGL is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears to be lost:

  • We will assist you in raising this with the courier

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
