Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your GFGL pieces. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from marks, damage, or signs of use

Any items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@getfitgetlit.club with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We’ll provide the next steps for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@getfitgetlit.club with photos and your order number.

In this case, we will:

  • Cover return shipping
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
